Have taken the plunge and signed up for NutraCheck for three months. I had better lose weight on this plan! I do like seeing smiley faces and ticks when I have done well though....I'm such a child

Hope it works for you FF. I've come to the conclusion that I'm a failure junkie. My eating hadn't been too bad for the past couple of weeks but the minute I decide I need to start counting calories and that's it, I just rebelled and ate a whole 4-pack of muffins (250 calories each) and so far today I've had an Easter egg and two bags of crisps! Think I'll just try and work on self-esteem and ways to hide a tubby tummyStart Date: 27/11/2010
Padding: Day 42

Eating apples makes you hungry. Fact.*
*It's actully more like the HB theory of eating apples but saying fact at the end makes it true. Fact.

Wahoo! Just converted another Toluna voucher into £15 of Amazon vouchers - shame the damn things take 8 weeks to arrive
Portion control is again proving to be an issue with me. I entered tonights dinner into the online thingie and thought "50g of pasta sounds like a reasonable amount for one person, that will do nicely" (Mr Fresian is out and about) Turns out it's tiny.
100g on the other hand is fricking loads...

Oh God, now I have to go and look at that diet thingie, I keep telling myself I am going on the healthy eating and "will start on Monday", but just never get round to it. I really need to go back to Slimming World classes, but I am saving for a holiday and gruding the money..............so watching your progress with interest! Good luck.0

Nice win there F_F!
No doubt your weight busting will be equally successful as your debt busting.....which means you will be doubly-inspiring!I do not make mistakes, I learn lessons.I work to live, not live to work.I love to live & live to love.Good enough is exactly that.0 -
Evening internets

Nanny McPhee is fab. Not as good as the first one in my opinion, but worth a watch nonetheless. I did enjoy the pigs doing synchronised swimming!
I'm off to bed now as tomorrow I have overtime to do (Bah. Have to take it when it's offered I suppose...) and then myself and Mr Fresian are off for a tootle in the country with Scraps (She's the car, in case you've forgotten)
Night all
