    Road Trip!!

I'm not that far away - road trips make me think of mountains & mountain men & Deliverance

Ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding

Although - we did both see a presence in this house for about a year or so after we moved in - & he looked mountain man type. But there was no malice in him, he just seemed to be curious. And yes, I am serious.....

    Still wanna visit?

If I leave the city limits I class it as a road trip :D

    Final tally for today:

    Housework - loads
Batch cooking x 1 meal DONE
Washing now sits below the top of the washing basket and is no longer as high as the top of the fridge freezer. I kid you not, it was getting quite triffid-like
Helped Mr Fresians' other sister move into her new flat - on the third floor. 15 minutes of stair climbing duly added to the exercise tally :rotfl:

My knee is quite achy today, not sure why. It's a little tender to the touch. I think that all the walking has confused it, as I'm normally quite a lazy bleeder :o Should I ease off on the walking for a couple of days do you think?

Off to bed with a trashy book now, night all!

You get 500 points every time you get 20 opinions on a topic that you create. There really is no way to tell what will be popular!

Best advice - run the topics for 6 months and with a minimum word count of 10, that makes people more likely to contribute. Also, spend time doing other peoples topics, as generally they will then come and contribute to yours, so if you spend time doing three opinions for yourself and then go and type something on 20 peoples opinions, you will be more likely to get points.

    Does that help at all?

I am now almost entirely convinced that fruit makes you hungrier, as I have had my sandwich for lunch, an apple, 100g of grapes and a banana and I could still happily eat a burger  Not going to be getting much exercise today either as my knee is really quite unhappy with me, and we're out for a Chinese tonight with Mr Fresian's parents. A chicken chow mein doesn't look as bad for me as some of the other things I like to eat, so I think that will have to do.

Tomorrow I'm in Glasgow for work and am out that night for a pub quiz and some food with one of my best friends, which will be fun but I'm going to have to exercise Iron Willpower and have diet cola instead of massive amounts of cocktails :A

Best dash - having half an hour for lunch instead of my normal hour so I can squeeze in half an hour of overtime. Every little helps!!

    *insert confused smiley here*

1 glass diet coke - 2 million cyber calories

1 French Martini - 131 actual calories and it counts towards your five a day too

*please note: no actual scientist were consulted during this in depth investigation
