Well I just changed my Bellagio booking as I could get a suite in Palazzo for the smae money (~$150 a night). I wanted to stay in the Bellagio just because I know my girlfriend wants to have stayed there just once, but when much nicer rooms are on offer across the street for the same money, I cannot justify it :)

palazzo has much more wow factor than bellagio, very romantic if just the two of you

There's this travelzoo deal for Signature at the moment - may be others as well.

    It's just off the strip.

    Hi all,

I'm looking for a multi centre holiday including Las Vegas, LA and San Francisco anytime this year - can anyone recommend some good websites for this? Ideally looking to spend no more than £800 per person for as many days as possible...

Are you looking for a tour, or??? Are you OK driving in the US? If we were doing this we would book it DIY (can't stand organized tours where you're stuck with someone else's itinerary) but I'm fine with driving in the US and I know some wouldn't be.

Probably not driving, happy to do something organised at first as we've never been to any of the places.
  • The Palazzo rooms are great as they are huge. We just stayed there and I loved it. Also, I prefer the location to the Bellagio as you're close to the Wynn, Fashion Show, Forum shops etc.

I did prefer the rooms at the Encore though as they seemed a bit more modern and are around the same size. I'm not sure what time of year you're going but I really liked the Encore pools as they were never too crowded when we were there (also, if you stay at the Encore you can use the Wynn pools but not the other way round). However, I found the location to be a bit of a pain as walking to anywhere but the Wynn became annoying.

I nearly booked the Encore, but I feel its just that little bit too far along the strip, I feel like Palazzo is a little more in the action and a little more central to the part of the strip we really want to be in (that was my initial reason to choose Bellagio)... I will do the Encore next time around, for now I am happy to have upgrade from std Bellagio to Suite at Pelazzo for same money :)

It really isn't too far to walk and any part of the strip is good for entertainment.
We have stayed at the Signature quite a few times and love it there.

Would anyone have a code for Continental Airlines?

We are hoping to fly from the UK via Houston (Personal reasons) on Continental and wondered if there are any codes around to get a better deal????

    Cheers all

I know distances in Vegas are really relative and things seem closer than they are (until you've been walking for 10 minutes and it's still waaaay over there), but Palazzo being across the street from Bellagio is a new one. ;) They're about a mile away from each other.
