Thanks Floxxie, glad it's not just me, I'm gobsmacked at how much it has gone up, the interest is a nightmare. Waiting for the kids to go to bed so I can sort my office out and get all the boxes out as if I do it while they are up they will want to keep it all.Sealed Pot Challenge #0160

evening ladies... well my personal account is now up to 232 items listed with more to transfer over. my business account is now only 45 items listed but these are multiple items per listing. feels really odd to have it split.
i am trying to use best offer now as well to generate some interest and have sent a couple of things to auction. fingers crossed all pays off. i do get all unsure and doubtful at times and feel like i have missed the boat but i guess thats just insecurity.
have a good evening all xxHighest Debt £581,000 Nov 08 and now owe nothing! yes really! I have learnt my lesson the hard way!

I have just had my MBNA (A&L) credit card statement, I have £7,537.04 outstanding, I paid off last month £1,220, the estimated interest on last months statement was £92, the interest this month after paying off what I have is £96.22 (how??????), the estimated interest for next month is £116.70:eek:.
I am going to sell everything that isn't nailed down on Ebay. Best get cracking and tidy up and find some more stuff to sell.
I am in shock, back later after a strong cup of tea with 50 sugars in it.
I am too in shock! My interest has gone up loads next month - dont quite know how? As I have been paying much more than usual off??? Have applied for a new zero interest and no fee card to transfer my debt too but dont know if Ill get accepted :embarasse
On a positive front - I have managed to get 10 items into turbo lister tonight and have relisted 7 items... wont make me a millionaire but may help!!0 -
Ok ladies, a mini challenge for February - make your interest payment (from eBay and any other challenge you find on MSE); the only problem being is that I daredn't work out what my interest is :rotfl:
So I'm going to go for £500
Anybody else?
P.S. Soolin, sorry to hear about your son and your car. Not good at all; it's clearly a bad week for lots of us
jaynemaria, I saw the crowds on TV for your friend's son - what a waste of such a young life.
mrscmr, I'm sure I read somewhere that you have set up a website - is that what you do in your 'proper' job?
And what have I missed something going on with gingababe?Mortgage start September 2015 £90000 MFiT #060 -

I have had to open my 4th unpaid claim in a week:mad:, two of these were bidders who only had 1 feeback, and one had 30 pos feedback, but when I went to close the case they were no longer registered:mad:. The new case again is a bidder who has had 4 pos feedback.
I dont want to start blocking low feedback bidders as I have had people with no feedback who have paid straight away, but was just wondering if anyone else had noticed this problem?
I've had to open 3 unpaid claims this week!! So frustrating!! It's not for huge amounts of money but still annoying. One of them was also no longer registered. One of them contacted me and was really shirty saying I need to remove the unpaid claim as she will pay (10 days after the item had finished!!)
Had a crap week, 2 migraines which completley floored me but have listed items on the days I felt better but agree that it's been really slow. Lets hope things improve.
Have found a wholesaler that I think I will buy from come payday. Need to earn some money!! Have managed to pay off quite a lot this month but all my wages have gone so living on fresh air at the moJust need to find another £350 to pay nursery bill, mobile phone bill and credit card and then I might be able to smile and breathe easy. I've got some work on a few Sundays, the photographer who took our wedding photos has asked me to help so going to a few wedding fairs with him to encourage people to book him (I work in sales and marketing so hopefully I will get some bookings for him). He pays me £50 so it all helps!! Best go to bed as I have a really early start tomorrow xxx

Wow - I am inspired after reading these threads
How do you list so many items sooo quickly???
Want to start selling stuff that I have around the house, but when I tried last time,,, it took me 30 mins to list like 3 items... Seriously, I am that slowwwwwwwww...
by the time i had found the camera, got it working again, took photos, figured out how to list items...
DH has mentioned the idea of buying items to sell in bulk. I know someone who buys shoes from wholesaler and sells on eBay, can't ask her for supplier details (long story) - where do you guys buy stuff from??0
