How many listings have you got so far mrscmr? I'm going to try and match what you have listed today. I have 174 so far and 5 boxes and a pile of clothes on top to work my way through, plus lots more that I shall find soon. Want to have an Ebaying evening (with breaks for Eastenders).

Don't have any advice re your Cyprus property but my OH bought a piece of land in Bulgaria from Ebay, maybe do a search of Overseas properties and see how people are selling them.

Ironing, what is this cruel and unecessary punishment

Just listing some more stuff from my Dss cupboards, they ar emaking more money than me on my private account..I reckon I should do this challenge in their name.

I've also had some really nice emails from buyers both on ebay and Amazon, some thanking me for their latest purchases and wishing me a happy new year and some just saying that I was one of the best sellers they dealt with during the year and they are going to buy more from me. Aren't people nice!

I've also had 3 lots of ebay feedback left today, so some people must be getting post even though it is a bank holiday?

Can I join in please? I have followed Mrscmr for a while, and I know now that I can achieve alot if I put my mind to it.

Need to get the credit cards cleared by summer, ready to start paying school fees in September, so that my DS can achieve his full potential.

It's not going to be easy, but I know you guys can help to make it fun.
I try not to get too stressed out on the forum. I won't argue, i'll just leave a thread if you don't like what I say. :)

Wow, I better get my a**e in gear then if I'm to match 223 listings, will aim for more than that as I'm sure you will be adding more later. I really need to iron some stuff but never for Ebay but never iron so that will be fun - not!! will leave that lot for another day.

    Just doing a few now.

I much prefer ironing; I am an expert compared to my approach to eBaying :rotfl:

Question about photos - can I use say Photobucket and add photos to my listing without having to pay extra? I am going to list a book of cigarette cards but there's pages of the things so want to add several photos.

Have prepared another 9 listings. Working my way through an unusual box full of things. Am putting on vintage toy cars tomorrow so if I can get through those that will smash my 300 item target - it's just whether I can actually manage to last through the monotony ;)

Welcome newbies - of course you may join us!

Is anybody else hitting that wall yet where you start doubting whether anything you are listing will actually sell? Must have a break and hope that this feeling will pass quickly :rotfl:

ha ha i ironed 3 things ... rather be on here.

i look at my listings with hardly any action and despair... but its like you have to load it all up and then sit back and wait and surely enough the action will happen.

    patience!
