    I'll join.

But can I just ask what people use to package their items? I was looking at the bags in the post office and they're 80p!
I'm less likely to sell if I have to bump up the P&P :(

I recycle all my packaging. Any padded envelopes that you get through, keep and reuse etc. You can be very inventive with packaging when you get going.
  • Save any small boxes, or shoe boxes, people happily give them to you. Bubble wrap from anything, I have used bubble wrap and cheap brown wrapping paper and it does just as good a job as the padded envelopes. I keep all the ones that i get anything in!
  • Thanks everyone!

Would I get away with using the white side of unused christmas wrapping paper? :rotfl:

  • Can I please join? I am planning on having a mass clear out but don't know yet how much stuff I will have as I have been doing mini clear-outs and giving stuff to the charity shop. By joining this I will be more determined to give e-Bay a try.

i also use old carrier bags instead of bubble wrap if its a small item and not breakable but maybe needs a bit of padding, Lidl often have deals on their padded envelopes but you never know when they are going to be in store.

going to try to get another few listed today, cant beleive the number of watchers have at the minute on my 53 items, there are 107 of them:eek:, oh I hope they having a good bidding war:rotfl:

  • I've sold books, games dvds, clothes, toys, shoes, you name it there is usually someone out there looking for just about anything you can think of.

When I started back In July I hadnt a clue what to list, but you soon start thinking, oh Ill give that a go, and it sort of snowballs from there.
