Your all doing so well! I just quickly added another x6 items... and have taken photos of a few more for tomorrow. Total of x 24 items listed now which Im pleased with as working as well! Looked at finances (again) today and really need to throw this all at my virgin card - so every time I get £50 in paypal (nice round figure) Im going to transfer it and pay it off the card....Well thats the plan!!

Enjoy your ebaying tonight! If I get chance Im going to do some trawling around the site to try to work out what sells well etc etc!

Hi everyone im new to this, been selling on ebay bits and bobs but was thinking of getting into this wholesale idea but one question....

I understand you have to register as self employed, but does that mean you put it down on a working family tax credit form? I guess it does but how would you work out how many hours a week you work for?
Also when you fill out a tax return do you take into account expenses such as pertrol etc? How do you work out what to put for petrol?
    Sorry for all the questions!

I'm going to list some of my mums CDs and DVDs on Play & Amazon tonight to get myself started.

I've done some half listings (just parts, need to add photos) but I'm going to wait a few more days before I start putting things on Ebay again.

Most of my stuff is clothing, shoes etc as I have been a terrible hoarder and shop-a-holic in the past. Not since I found MSE but there is so much stuff I just don't need anymore and I would rather have a little bit of money back instead now for something I actually need. I also sell items for my mum and occasionally brother & sister in law but as I do it for free I think I'm right in saying you don't pay tax on that. Only if I was taking a fee from them for doing it
Not been here in years! Hi everyone. Make £10 a day challenge = £78.45/155

Can i join please? One of my NY resolutions is to clear the house of clutter, by way of ebay, freecycle and the charity shop.

One question though - how long should i relist things (free 99p auctions ;) ) before deciding enough is enough, nobody wants it?!!
Oh for Goodness' Sake!! Here we go again :(
Total debt £4,839.51 (Still adding it up though :( )
    Now : £4, 759.81
