    Hi,
I have only just discovered this thread and starting to have a clear out at the moment, 20 things on ebay so far. Just down loaded the turbo lister so going to have a play with that, is it worth using?
I was just wondering as well if things dont sell, how many times do you relist them before you give up and charity or bin them?
    Thanks

It depends on the item an how much the listing fees are. Do a search through completed listings before you list to find out what other similar items are going for (go to advanced search). After a while you'll get a feel on whats worth listing and sells.

This is scarey ............. made the jump to a business account and now just hoping that the cost of listing is going to pay off.

Now have to open a new private account - does ebay have to link the 2 together or do I just open it ????

    Thoughts please

Ive been selling quite a few bits and pieces that I have around the house but really fancied branching out and buying stock and then selling on, seems quite a scary prospect at the moment as not quite sure what I should buy, from reading this thread I know its got to be something im interested in and also know a little about. Was maybe thinking of either toys, maybe wooden ones or babies clothes. Been trawling through the internet all day today and seem to have hit a bit of a brick wall when it comes to wholesale companies as I dont want to buy too much in bulk on my first go, was thinking of £100 or maybe a little more, would be so grateful if anyone could give me any advice or hints please :)

Had my first lot of free listing day items finish today and made £12.53 before fees, was a bit gutted I didn't sell a few more things especially as the prices were not too high. Will be relisting them tomorrow, I don't normally like listings ending on Sunday as I never sell much.

    Morning all,

Managed to sell 1 item last night and have 1 definitely sold for tomorrow but really amazed at how badly I have done on a free listing day. Just preparing 10 items to put on tonight. Planning to add 10 a day rather than spend my weekends eBaying.

Have found a site for selling reusable nappies which is great as I didn't know what to do as eBay won't allow them. I've put them on for a week and I have a bid so :T

Also sorting out some broken jewellery to send off. Have been reading reviews on here so looking forward to a few more pounds.

Hope you are all well and busy ;)

    Congratulations longhotbath!

I'm trying to get back into this Ebay lark again after a long hiatus. I've listed 10 items over the last couple of days and will be listing a few more later. Hope to make 'something' from them!
