    Hi Sleepless

    I have a voucher too.

My Ebay account has been reinstated back to High for Policy Compliance so am very happy, the guy who got my listings pulled e-mailed them which was really nice of him, so just got to be careful now, he did say the other items I bought were OK as I sent him the links and asked if he would check so not sure whether to list them on this Business account or start selling on my other Business account.

My money cleared into my bank at midnight so paid 2 bills (instant payments through internet banking), the other for just over £4k will come out on Monday, and just got Lloyds to do.

Have a good day and weekend everyone!

Sorry to hear your trouble with the clothing TMD,

I now have a poor compliance against me till June for something silly I did without thinking, I listed a box set of dvds as, as new, which round where I live means in as excellent condition as you would buy if new, and I got picked up for keyword spamming. Now Im paranoid about every listing I do in case i inadvertanly make a mistake

It is annoying isn't it, we don't deliberately do things that are not allowed, people can make mistakes we are only human. I know you are not allowed to put 'like Next, or like xxxx', I think people do that so that anyone searching for items from those shops will see their listings.

I got my account reinstated back to High (thanks to the lovely guy who reported my listings).

    Is everyone OK.

Really need to start doing this Challenge 'seriously'.

Today I have paid out £8,892.20, have cleared 4 credit cards today and made just over the minimum payment on 4 other cards.

Still have about £20k left (exact total to be worked out in a few days when the payments clear on the card statements online).

    So my targets now are:

Ebay as much as I can (starting from today Business and Personal)
Sort out all Ebay boxes and get rid of stuff to the Charity shop
    Restart doing the PAD Challenge
Carry on with the Sealed Pot Challenge
Got a sealed tin to start saving £2 coins so when it's full it can go off a debt.
Find some other challenges to join.

Going to Next tomorrow at 6.30am, the sale starts at 7am and want to get near the front of the queue, going to get the kids some clothes and look for some tops for myself.

Aaaarrrrrrggggghhhhh - what are Ebaying playing at!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sitting at my computer, get notification that I have an e-mail, go to my e-mail account and see another Message telling me my listings have been pulled - one of the same ones from the other day and one that I ended before they could, yet I haven't relisted them. Sorted everything out with the guy who reported the listings, he e-mailed Ebay to say things were sorted out and told me that they would say I could relist the items but not to. I did NOT relist the items, got my account reinstated back to High for Policy Compliance this morning by a lady from Ebay and now I'm back to Medium again.

I've e-mailed them asking them what is going on.

I feel like closing my Shop and just doing all Auction style listings and changing over to my other Business account, I use this account for buying stuff.

So fed up, funny how they end the listings in the middle of the night yet no one is around to respond to e-mails.

Thanks Littlekel, I e-mailed Ebay last night and had a reply this morning saying my listing was pulled because it breaches the Manufacturers rights blah blah blah, I e-mailed back to say that this was all sorted out and could they please check back on the messages over the last 3 days. I also told them that the listing they 'pulled' last night had already been cancelled 48 hours before they pulled it, needless to say no one has got back to me yet and it's been about 3 hours.

    Will keep everyone updated.

arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr Im getting really annoyed now with a buyer.

I sold an item last August to someone in France, it was signed for and tracked, the buyer informed me in mid September that they had been away for a month and that they had not received the item. I checked and the item had been delivered and signed for mid August, 7 days after I sent it. Informed the buyer who went quiet and I Heard nothing more and then the messages and emails started again in December, saying it was not fair that they had paid for the item and that they had not got it,again said that it had been signed for at their address and that I had proof of delivery.

I havent heard a thing since then and now they have started contacting me again saying that they want some refund on the item as it was not fair that they had lost their money. It is a largish amount £50, but surely if its been signed for at their address then I really shouldnt have to issue a refund.

    Any advice please??

If they were away for a month they still had plenty of time to raise a not received, sounds like they are trying it on. I would say that after this length of time & the fact that it was signed for at their address that you cannot do anything. Then block them from bidding on your items & let us know who they are so we can block them.

Completely ignore them - sold an item in August and they are now complaining at the end of March?!
