I don't believe this, just had 2 of my listings pulled by Ebay, saying they breach the Vero whatevers. Someone from Umbro has complained saying they breach their rights, they were Men's England t-shirts, I never said they were Umbro, does this mean that everyone who lists England clothing will get their listings pulled? I think I said the company name they were made by 'Redwood' would it be to do with this?

I have e-mailed Ebay and will wait a reply, am annoyed as this is my Business acount and now I'm on Medium for Policy Breaches, this system is so s**t, it's not as if I've done anything wrong so why should I be marked down for it.

Just what I don't need right now, to get booted off Ebay, I have other England clothing listed although don't mention the name on the label of the clothing.

Well, that is my Ebay Business account well and truly screwed. Just had another one pulled, had listed some other England clothing, there are hundreds of sellers selling England clothing so are they all in the wrong.

Am so 'beep' annoyed, just can't believe it. Other people have been selling loads of England stuff, all the big sellers with over 1500 listings and yet my measley 3 listings have been spotted and pulled.

What do I do now? I've just e-mailed one company asking if I can return the England items for a refund. I stupidly did another order with another company yesterday for England stuff which is supposed to come tomorrow so will have to ask to send that back too.

I'm sat here with plenty of listings ready to go in TL but wondering what to do with the break coming up - do you think people will be around or away?

The e-mail from Ebay said Umbro had reported my listings for breach of their copyright, I bought this stuff from a Wholesaler this week. When I looked after I'd calmed down a bit I think it must be because the top had the 3 lions logo on and looking apparently it's an Umbro symbol. I honestly didn't know that and wouldn't have listed (or bought them) if I'd known.

Am really fed up with Ebay now, it used to be so good and I used to really enjoy selling and buying but all these new rules and regulations and letting the buyer get away with murder it's just not worth the hassle.

Floxxie, can you list for 5 or 7 days that will take you up to next Thursday, then have a break for Easter and list after Easter. I'm going to cancel my Shop now and just do auctions for my stuff and forget the BIN's.

You could always start some to finish after Easter.

If the wholesaler won't take them back then I can give them to OH's brother and sister, his brother has 3 boys and his sister has 2 that they would fit so I'd do that.

The stuff tomorrow I think will be OK as they don't have the 3 Lions logo on.
