I've got an About Me page, if you click on someone else's About Me symbol and then go down to the bottom of the page it says 'To create your own About Me page click here.
That's the easiest way I think, otherwise do a search on the Help topics for About Me page and it should tell you how to do it.Sealed Pot Challenge #0160 -

A strange thing - I just get an e-mail saying I have a Best Offer on an item that is ending soon.
The item is up for £14.50 the best offer that has been submitted is for £14.50, why not just use the Buy It Now button?Sealed Pot Challenge #0160 -
