Can you put returns from different orders in one package or do you need to do each order number seperate?

    Thanks

I've just picked up a mens sleeveless 100% cashmere jumper in store for £7 ...but the original price has been removed, does anyone know how much they were please?

Do you have a T number on there? Put the T number into google and click UK results and click the cached link there.

Claire, I've put returns from 3 or 4 different orders in one box. Had multiple refund emails accordingly, as you get an email for each order - 3 emails arrived together this morning for example from a combined return.

Makes more sense given the big boxes, I'm certainly not taking 4 of them through town to the post office as well as a 3 year old and a pushchair!

Thanks - I did quote 'distance selling regulations' but they still refused - even got another member of staff over to back them up. I'm too chicken to make a fuss so just acepted it.

It does include earrings on the delivery note as items excluded from goodwill refunds - but I think I might chance it! Can I just put them in a jiffy bag - seems daft to put 3 earrings in a big box!

As usual thanks for your advice everyone!

(Oh and its some consolation that as I was walking through M&S this morning I managed to pick up a lovely pair of Limited jeans for £5 - just put out on the clearance rail!)

Right - just sent three pairs of earrings back via post office return. It is within 7 days of receiving them so fingers crossed! Nothing ventured nothing gained!!:rotfl:

Just had a cashmere trying on session, I am surprised how a 10 to 14 all felt the same, I liked the tops but not the red or brown dress even though they are very soft, so they will be going back if a friend doesn't have them, didn't like the leather biker mini skirt either.

My 3 autograph bags are now here so very pleased about that.

Aaaarrrgh! Disaster! Well, in M&S sale terms anyway :p My top 3 orders are now at status:

    1. Cancelled altogether (inc a wool mix coat I really really wanted)

    2. Seriously decimated, like 17 items down to 8

    3. Been sat at despatching soon for the last 3 days

No emails from M&S to tell me any of this mind you  Ah well, the coat would probably have been too posh for me anyway.

1 Qty T068204C Received this today, it is a purple bracelet and necklace st, just plain purple, nice for every day wear.

    And this...

2 Qty T060310L and this, it is quite a dressy (though it may be a bit cheap looking) diamonte swag drop necklace offset to one side. I got two but may not keep it, although I think it might dress up/give a different look to a plain black top for the cruise I am going on.

    And this....

1 Qty Portfolio - CUSHION B/LET this is a really nice silver watch, with a square face, not too dressy, nice for every day.

    And these

1 Qty Portfolio Necklaces - CALIFORNIA LINKS ....large black plastic looking discs
1 Qty Colour Necklaces - DREAM BEAD COLLAR very ordinary black/silver beads
neither of which I will be keeping.

Hope this helps someone decide what to order.

Thanks poet123, I've ordered one of all those, except for the california links necklace as an earlier description didn't sound very appealing.

Disappointed that none of my orders arrived today :( Some were despatched on the 16th, but have a delivery estimate of 24th
