I just checked my order history and I have placed 40 orders!

I suddenly dont feel I went overboard now with 7 orders :rotfl:

Although (fingers crossed) I do have two S&G boxes coming - missed out the first time as the website crashed and went straight to sold out so was over the moon to see them back in stock yesterday. Also got the free mascaras from Body Shop to put with my earlier sale buys and the 3 for 2's.

As a side question, for the jewellery with metal in, are you supposed to store out of the bags and in a container etc? I dont want items to tarnish before I get to gift them out.

I picked a good week to have off work this week as had lots of fun with this thread and the lucky dips :T

I feel quite saintly now as I only had 6 orders :D . I did get sidetracked into ordering 2 from bhs though :o

Good question about the metal, does anyone know?
    thanks
Life is not the way it’s supposed to be. It’s the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference.
  • To collect from store do you have to have an online print out? I have no printer but can't justify the delivery charges anymore, hope somebody can helo?

From the M&S website (cut & pasted)

    7. If you have a printer, click the PRINT ORDER DETAILS button to print a summary of your order.
    8. On your chosen collection day, collect your order from the store. You will need to give your name, home address and email address. It would be helpful if you could bring a printout of your order details. Please note: after 7 days unclaimed orders will be returned to stock and we will refund your payment.

So you don't have to have a printout.
  • I think I've placed about 25 orders, whoops! I have taken a few bits back though, a couple of hideous jackets, that I wouldn't want to subject anyone on here to, and a couple of plain tops. Almost half the stuff is going to my mum as she put in quite a few orders and anything that is too small for me is going to her as well! I have completely overhauled my wardrobe, so I am very pleased and very grateful to everyone on here who has shared their finds. Thank you, thank you, thank you

I have just had a few more dispatch notices, which I am pleased with, including another jumper dress and a £2.50 duvet cover. I am, however, a bit cheesed off with the fact that M&S have applied a £10 credit to my account, but I can't use any other discounts with it, even the free delivery, so really it's a £6.50 credit, which doesn't seem that great after all! I am going to email them now about my "sofas" and "footstalls" aka very expensive vase and big ugly picture frames! :rotfl:

I'm surprised about that. I'm sure I've been able to mix credits and discounts on one order in the past.

17 orders, all but 4 completed and of those orders, only 2 items OOS (shoe jewellry holder and after dinner set). All but one of the outstanding orders is showing as soon to be despatched, but one large jewellry order has not moved since it was placed.

Off to the store today to return 3 suits,:D which should bring the overall spend down considerably....to just stuff for me;) and gifts:D
