I think considering all the hassle we've had they should just offer free postage to people who are not getting everything they ordered, but charging 88p isn't unreasonable. Would you have paid £1.88 for the item in a shop?

I did get an email saying some briefs (again for grandaughter) would be delivered later with £1 delivery charge which they now say OOS!
No mention of my other items they just disappeared from my order?
After just receiving 1 pk of 1st Bras for my grandaughter, I'm sorry I bothered!

Whilst I was at cs today (took over an hour..) the woman told me that it was so busy because tomorrow is the last day for returns on xmas receipts, so there may be a rush of items going back and therefore being put out as sale items?.. Might be worth a look
Also, she did say that they wouldn't take earrings back, I said they were not shown as earrings on the website and as I hadn't opened the bags she accepted them. She was waiting for her order to be delivered from boxing day! Not much hope for any of us if the service is that poor for m&s staff!

As soon as I got home I checked - but oos now
I ordered on the 11th - and I think I started off with about 5 in my basket, but by the time I completed the order I had only one left.:cool:

I am sure someone posted a picture of it back on the 11th or maybe 10th.
The one I have is a purpley coloured crystal, but the picture posted before was of clear crystal.

The necklace came in a lovely box - will look great as a present if I can force myself to give it away:p

They've changed the date now because of the weather. They will now accept returns up until the end of this month, so I expect we'll still see some bargains in store for a couple of weeks!

I have 5 items that start T06, most are not yet despatched so you will find out before I do! I think the hold-up is the After Dinner selection/Whisky water jug/Ale in a Tin that's on the same order lol
