I got the same coat yesterday too, can't believe how gorgeous it is, hubby can't believe it was £9.00! You will love it great quality!

I rang up to try to get the "sofa" refunded but the lady refused. She said that if it said "boys frame" it was obviously not a sofa, and told me to take it back to the store or send it back to get a refund.

Well for me the fun is now in patrolling my outstanding orders to see what has been cancelled or despatched - and of course opening parcels if/when I defeat the ghostie get-your-hopes-up-for-nothing phantom items
