Well got a cancellation email for a box of decorations at £5. Emerald baubles set vanished off my order with no email leaving 2 x 25p decs and £3.50 postage :mad:

Email them - i have had all postag refunded plus some ac!!!! credits. My last order - original price was £78 but got it delivered for £2.30!!

I have edited my posts a few lines up to include a list of my active orders. I can't remember what the other things I ordered were called because M&S removed them from my account. I'd have to trawl through my emails...

I have placed other small orders since then. I'm not expecting to have received these orders yet. I'm just wondering why my account was untouched for so long that I decided to re-order everything, and now that I've re-ordered, nothing has moved in my account.

EVERY SINGLE CLOTHING ORDER THAT I MADE WAS CANCELLED BY M&S.

That is a real shame I have not ordered that much clothing, but I have received it all....maybe the itemsI ordered were not as popular as the ones you wanted.:D

Looking at your list, I didnt order anything you did except for the Fashionista Key Ring, and I received 3 of those this morning.

Really, if you know which items you want I will look to see if they have it in your size, it is not a problem, as even if you decided you didnt want it, how hard would it be to get rid of cashmere?:rotfl:

ETA I have the Orion bracelet in my outstanding orders too!!
