I agree with you, I am still awaiting an M&S order to arrive -(no cancellation email thankfully!)However I have ordered from Debenhams and BHS since and all orders are here already. BHS delivered within 48 hours!!!!:T
I hope that someone from M&S have the guts to read the comments posted on this forum and act to preserve their "dignity". M&S let their shoppers down!!! :mad:

yes thats the one, I got brown and I got the fur gilet thing dispatched, I got a lovely purple fluufy jacket but best of all a big fur grey jacket with a belt, both from the exclusive range

I think I had at least one pair of those slippers on every order lol. I think people thought they really were kid's ones so they sold relatively slowly. I had to return 5 pairs in one go yesterday. My old pair are from last Xmas sale (still look ok-ish) so I wanted to get some more at £2-3 a pair rather than the £12 full price. Just maybe not 11 pairs........
