it depends on who you talk to. my local store refund team tey are all very friendly and nice. i tried it before. got a dress thats £15. come home, next day £9 :eek: so i go back the next day, return the dress and ask to buy back at in store prices

Well I've just spent a happy half hour arranging and rearranging my jewellery purchases/orders into a spreadsheet so I can keep track of what I've ordered or not - how sad am I :rotfl:

Then I've grouped them to see if I've got matching earrings/bracelet/necklace or not Bear in mind that a good 70% of them haven't arrived yet so I don't even know if I'll like them!

Ah well, who cares about housework when you've got important stuff like that to do :laugh:

In the past, when me or my Mum have bought something from M&S and then the next day it's been reduced, we have gone back to the store and asked for a refund but they ALWAYS POINT BLANK REFUSE to let us buy the items back at the lower price.

Once, I bought my boyfriend a jumper for £35 and I took a gamble by returning it first thing in the morning when I knew the store would be quiet... then I waited and waited and hung around by the reduced rail, and low and behold an hour later they put the jumper back out for £5! And of course I bought it. :rotfl:

Just received the above "mystery item" and it is earrings, quite long elaborate bue/purple ones with diamonte around the large oval stone, a bit larger than I usually wear but my sons girlfriend will love them. Worth £3.00.

Received a second one of these (ordered another because they are so striking) graphite large beads with three metal flowers which sit on one side and have a blue/purple centre stone. Really lovely.
