M&S gifts under £5 and over 70% off (hidden on site)

Right update on my M&S problem.

Ordered a beautiful dress for DD's birthday/Christmas and order had gone through to despatching soon and money taken out of my account. Since then my order had vanished.

After many emails and uninterested responses one SA told me 'I can confirm your order has been cancelled and you were not charged.' What a load of ********! My account states £5.00 was charged by M&S on 12th and only today have they refunded my account. So what the heck happened there?

Sent an extremely pee'd off email and I will probably get a completely useless reply back. Personally I think they should let me select a dress from their current range to the same value at no cost. Chances of it happening.... zero I bet.

which one was it and waht age as I ordered a few for DD and would let you have it if I get it as I have a few "party" dresses ordered and don't "need" them all

I was gonna say this earlier that the 4th line down is a big fat lie. lol As the ebay name goes I'm certainly not admiring this persons auctions. I find it easier to keep ebay auctions to facts when your selling your product and just not mention a lie.

I wonder how many portable DVDs there are on ebay? I was so happy to get mine. There are so many greedy people making money on ebay out of sale stuff. Makes me mad as people buying it think they've got a bargain.
