Hope you get some luck..
That is GORGEOUS! I am seriously jealous of the person that got that one!0 -
I've just received cancellation emails for some of the items that were cancelled yesterday and a reply to the snotty email I sent M&S last night. They have credited my account with £10, so I am a little bit less cross! Now I need to find something to spend it on!0

No joy with the DVD player then Lemony?
Funkydresser, the cardi you got is about the only bit of cashmere I've seen that I like! The slouch trousers looked comfy but I'm always kneeling/cawling about on the floor with my littlies so not really practical. I don't buy anything I have to dry clean now, let alone hand wash
I bet the online team at M&S are getting really fed up! Every time they go through the grief of cancelling an item, sending an email about it (well, sometimes anyway) etc, someone on here instantly buys the item again and they have to start all over! Bet they're wondering why some of these OOS items just won't go away........0 -
I didnt get any cashmere either....but I am consoling myself with the thought that I am hopeless at washing such items. When my mum was alive I used to send her all my woollies to wash and dry, as I seem to manage to shrink them however carefully I wash them. I am sure cashmere will be very time consuming.;)
Just wash on a wool wash on your machine with Woolite. Then I just put a clean towel on the carpet near my landing radiator and leave for day or so. I ave a ouple of cashmere cardis and this method works brilliantly. Give it a go.0 -

What was your snotty email about?
I have had complete orders cancelled, items disappearing from 'finished' orders, no emails to tell me that orders have been cancelled, one parcel was 4 days late etc etc... is it worth me complaining also?0 -

Be careful drying clothes on the floor in case your woollies aren't colourfast.0 -
Or in case you have a nibbly house rabbit like me :eek:0

I just let them know how disappointed I was with their website and how I was amazed at how they could allow things to be cancelled from my orders and then appear a few minutes later for some other unsuspecting person to buy. I was feeling a little peeved last night and I certainly let M&S know all about it, in a polite, but firm, way of course!0 -
Did you get the silver/grey/black stripey cashmere cardi Claire? I love that one, I'm soooo jealous!
