Items getting cancelled left right and centre, some of them I ordered a week ago and only now are they removing them from my orders yet some items were showing as in stock today. Muppets.

i guess that's what's happened with my latest order even though ive not had cancellations sent to me. tons of stuff not showing that were in order and still in stock so infuriating as i don't know what to do, ive asked them to rectify the order back to what i placed or if not can i have the items without paying delivery as i have already ordered them once.

Just spoke to M&S and they have removed the postage charges from my other four orders Ive made today, so its just one postage charge, I love marks and spencers!

Just had my cancellation email on an order placed 31st Dec!

One of the items, a cocktail shaker, was showing as in stock until about 10 mins ago..........not happy :mad:

i usually never shop at m and s has had terrible shopping experiences. one thing i cant believe is last online disaster i was trying to order work clothes and could not as suddenly my card was unacceptable - it now works for sale items though! so no idea what the difference is as ive not changed accounts or banks.

Cancelled most of my 31st December order.. M&S are so unreliable it's untrue.. I will not be bothering with them again.. absolute joke.

4 emails detailed the items but last one doesnt so guessing its taken lots more off my orders, some items had already disappeared without an email as well.
