ok these are some of the items i ordered earlier which now do not show in my placed order and for which i have not been charged. they are still in stock has anyone else managed to order any of these?:

I have had all my delivery charges refunded except one. I placed 3 orders in one day and asked for them tobeamalgamated but they said that wasnt possible so instead they will refund all the delivery charges, and in fact they have done so on 5 out of 6 orders. I am quite happy. I used the email contact orm on the website and quoted my order numbers.

i have emailed them to find out IF the items are really in my order and the website details are wrong and if not if they can add them back in as they are all in stock, lots of the others arent not though. anyone else having the same sort of problems? ive also queried delivery as placed 3 orders so far which ive asked to merge as with first one delivery was free but then ive been charged for next two so not sure what the "rules" are! i think its going to be pot luck what i actually get but all still say tbd next week

I've just had three cancellation emails in a row so not getting all my items, i'll have to go through my orders now and see whats gone and if the remainder is worth the delivery charge on each.

so if they remove items from your order do they send an email? my latest order has been confirmed but MANY of the items are not on it or on the screen - I have emailed them and I have not had any emails confirming that they have been removed....

Ive just had cancellation email for the boys woolly hats Just checked the order as was only a 2 item order and they have halved my delivery on that one so only £1.75 for the one item

I've just drop them a line asking the same thing...Let's see what response I get.
