I suspect from previous orders, using the links from their previous order page and also from the history folder in internet explorer, that gives you places you have been, which have items at the bottom of the page of cheap things which don't come up in m&s website search.

yes, go through all your stuff in basket thats oos and click it, some back in stock and new pictures at bottom lead you places, do the same with all the items you have ordered
