As you know, I had some terrible weeks of sleep after my split. The last two weeks, however, it has settled down a bit. Not perfect, but much better. I tried everything in the meantime, though, and nothing seemed to stop me waking - for me it was 1am then managed to get back to sleep at about 5, when my alarm then goes off at 6.

Hopefully your sleep, too, will settle down - remember you have still got a lot of "stuff" going on and it is early days yet. I do wish, though, that I could wave a magic wand and help!

Thanks hypno you are right there is still lots to sort out and I think it's playing on my mind. I guess altimately I don't like being dishonest and lying to people. The fact is that ex needs to know in no uncertain terms that is over and he needs to come to terms with it. Once that's done I can then be a bit more honest with other people about things with mm. It's all a bit stressful juggling and I knew it would be but I know that things will get better. Bonus of the lack of sleep is that it burns more calories and I seem to have lost a bit of weight... finally nearly 5 years after having b I am at pre pregnancy weight

without trying!

Well date number 2 tonight

Meeting at a pub for a drink then we are going to have a wonder around Upton Park and onto the cinema. I can't bloody wait so excited ....*insert extremely happy happy smiley*

And I know its all very early on but its weird we both feel like we've known each other for years

Thats the one squizz...must remember otherwise will look like a right donk. Actually he wouldn't care less lol. And yes if its rubbish I will be snuggling up for a snooze in the back ahem sorry middle row!
