:( PMT is vile - do you take any supplements to help....evening primrose oil is supposed to be very good (takes a few months to get into your system though). Vitamin B6 is also great.

Don't get too down on yourself, you're doing a fab job keeping everything together for you and B.

Glad to see you are feeling a bit brighter, sounds like MarathonMan is just what you need at the minute.

PMT- sent from the devil.......every month I have a good few days where I am convinced that I dont love my husband anymore and my life is totally !!!!!!:o:(

I really should mention this at my next pill check as its becoming a real problem.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

    (TMI ALERT.......)

I used to suffer terribly from PMT and heavy flooding making life miserable to the nth degree. Eventually I mentioned it when I was at the GP for something totally unrelated, and I was given a mirena coil. Since then the difference has been amazing, with very little bleeding, and although I would not claim to be free of mood swings, they are so much better than before.

Glad to see you so happy right now, though sal x

I really do hate this time of day...roll on bedtime for B and me time :)

Am so tired at the moment and suffering terribly with insomnia grrrrrr waking up at anything from 1:30am and not being able to get back to sleep is taking its toll. I am hoping that todays run and a few glasses of vino might knock me out tonight!
