He has applied for jobs all over the country but lots of them phone him up and say you do realised that this job is in x and you are in Y..are you moving. His reply is normally I will go wherever I have to to get a job but that seems to rule him out and they're not interested if there is also someone local. Fingers crossed for this local job even though its 15k less than he was on before :eek:

Apparently he has to see them Thursday so not long to wait. OH took car back to garage and they are going to have a look tomorrow...more money! Beanie you were right about OH having to still go to the job centre to sign on, even though he's not getting any money, this above everything has made me so angry, They expect me to live on next to nothing and now he will still have to pay approx £5-10 to get there and back and get nothing in return.I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. Car is covered for warranty for parts not just because the engine light comes on. Although if it keeps happening I am sure there is some period of time I would be entitled to return it. Twice in under 2 weeks of having it. Man at garage did say he thought it would be spark leads as they too were pretty dodgy when he did the service.I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway.
