You are right BB...If I go back and read the beginning of my diary and see the crap he put us through...would I ever want to go back to that. I was sat in the pub last night with R having a deep and meaningful and we were talking about missing the children and his relationship and how he would never have been the one to leave because he didn't want to be seen as the one to walk out on his children. He looks back now and knows it was the thing to do and how really he didn't have a normal relationship either. I just remember what Bun said to me when I was in the midst of it all on how did I really want B to grow up thinking that the relationship we had was normal, one where there was no love, no communication, no affection and no family time. Bun you really made me think about my life and that it was time to leave that mess...I can't thank you enough and all the other Peeps on here for support through years of rubbish! That was the relationship we had...it was rubbish. I have one now where I have all of that, he loves B and treats her like his own daughter and she too has definitely turned into a more affectionate girl because she sees us hugging and comes and joins in.
I know that this change will hopefully mean she has a normal happy relationship when she grows up!
And here endeth this diary. Time for a new start and a new diary...Friday sees the new beginning and it seems appropriate to move onI'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....
