Sally - the only thing I would change on that application is that you mention you dd has just completed the Foundation Stage - you should change it to The Early Years Foundation Stage (just in case the person looking at the application is being pedantic). It changed from the FS to EYFS (what it is commonly known as) in September 2008.

Viewing went ok, was a bit of a bun fight lol! R was smitten as soon as we got there, he was like the cat that got the cream so I knew he would like it before we even stepped through the door. There was a couple before us and when we went in estate agent said they wanted it so was a bit :( but I was a bit sneaky and popped out to phone man in the office whom I spoke to this morning and told him straight away that we wanted it ;)

Its in a beautiful area, overlooks meadows and the river with plenty of nice walks and we can use the cycle path into town. There are 2 local schools that are either very good or outstanding at ofsted so need to sort that out once all the paperwork has been done. It has a big enough garden that I can grow a few bits here and there and I might look into a small allotment if there is a half plot around.

    So this is the house

god knows how we are going to pay for it, but R seems to think he can cover all the costs so im trying not to worry too much!

Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches
