Thank you lovely friends, you are right and I know I was just having a wobble. I guess Im just scared of loosing him and going through all the crap of relationship breakups. I know thats not an issue and he has said over and over that we will spend the rest of our lives together so I just need to chill a bit and stop being a hormonal, insecure woman!

I love this man more than I have ever loved someone (other than b but obviously in a different way)

Oh and I had a fab run/race today...am feeling the consequences of it tonight, sickness and so so so tired. Im going to have to get up early and do job application as I can't concentrate on doing it now

Yawn....super super tired today. Typically every morning I am awake at 5am, this morning when I needed to be awake to do job application I could have slept and slept. Anyway Ive done the majority of it am just waiting for the school to email across the job spec so I can fine tune and email it all off. I really hope I at least get an interview - I have a 100% sucess rate at interview and this job really would be perfect and help me make a few decisions if I got it. Oh well fingers crossed.

Not much on today other than work until 1pm, B is atout of hours club as its a staff training day at school and don't need to pick her up until 3pm so will come home and get a bit organised and have an hour to myself hopefully.

Hello Mrs.. well done on the run - that's brilliant! Good luck with the job application too. Totally understand the meeting the ex thing, still sticks in my mind trying to hide in the car when picking up an ex's kids from his ex, I was terrified!.. and the lack of affection thing, when I met Mr S's family he was normal with me round his sister and her husband, but quite distant at first when we went to his parents', I was probably the same at first to be honest.. so don't worry xxx

Yeah im sure that eventually around his parent/sister he will be more himself, guess I also sat and had a think about it and if we had been together 2 years we wouldn't be all over each other infront of them I guess its just at the moment thats what its like when we are around each other so felt a little weird him being so restrained lol.

Yes, that's a good point too.. and just think how weird it would be if he was too much the other way in front of them! :eek:

I know it would have been totally inappropriate, and I should be pleased he knows when and where is ok on many things...ex had no concept of manners, what was appropriate and quite frankly I was embarrassed to take him out because he would always say or do things that would make me want to hide in a corner and die!

I had a BF once who used to grope me at all the wrong times and its was mortifying-I like nothing better to have affection and kisses etc but there is nothing worse that being man-handled...

I do love a good snog though-I have had 2 snogs in my life that literally made me go weak at the knees (in 'public')
Once was in Toronto with a guy I had known for years and he begged me for year and years to go out-I finally went out and he treated me like a princess all night-gorgeous meal etc. Then we went for a walk and he grabbed me on the corner of a busy street and snogged me-it was amazing. However, there ended the relationship as he was a controlling !!!!!!...

Second one was in Birmingham...will leave it there

There really is nothing like a good snog and I have to say there is always plenty of them...I offered to drop him back to his car yesterday just so I could get my quota in (my mum was with us until then) Oooo makes my heart flutter thinking about it *sigh* roll on tomorrow night
