We shall have a back up plan should the weather decide not to play. Job sounds good!

I would love a term time only job...

It would be perfect BB and its a very nice area and I could probably send B to school there too if I thought it was suitable. Now I need to do the application, sell myself and make sure I am perfect for the job! R has said I can use his address to put on application so it looks better

Lovely day out at party/BBQ with R but a bit strange too in the fact that he was totally unaffectionate. I know this was probably because his family were around but did make me feel a bit disjointed....I find it funny that he is happy to be his normal self when we are together and have the children (whom really are the important people to consider in this all) but yet around his parents, sister its like we could be just aquaintances. Then we dropped the children back and I got to meet his ex  totally gorgeous, beautiful, skinny so came home feeling less than great to be honest.

So I have a 10k race today, my leg is still causing me grief and am considering having to go to sports physio again. Probably shouldn't really run but good course to try and get a pb so thought sod it!

Then I need to come home and try and get this job application done to submit by tomorrow

Sally, hope the leg holds out and you enjoy the race. Good luck with the application form.

She might be skinny, beautiful and gorgeous Sally.........but so are YOU:kisses3: and he is with you!

Blokes can be funny around their families, I know mine is. He likes to appear sensible and in control at all times (then might have a quick grope while no-ones looking).

Don't worry about it Sally........you KNOW he is crazy about you xx
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

    Sal,

If she was all that, they would be together. Skinny hardly equals good partner, all it means is that she uses up more calories than she eats.

If it makes you feel any better, my DH is never affectionate.

sal, she may be skinny and gorgeous but you're obviously everything she isn't or he wouldn't be with you. He might be stand-offish because he was nervous, I know some (including me) get nervous when introducing new partners to family, as their feelings and opinions mean something too. And if you can find a job in a new place, it could be a fresh start away from all the unhappy memories and hopefully the start of a new chapter in your life.
