MIL's bday, so there for visit all day. Was doing okay foodwise until the cake was cut, and the chinese was eaten (yum, yum, yum). Went for a very very long walk to try to counter-balance, but don't think it will quite have matched!!!

Did manage to buy a ped, so will start tomorrow!

    Day 40 - Tuesday 9th February
Money Spent - £zero that counts (ebay postage, but money in for that)
    Extra Money Earnt - £zero
Ebay Challenge (Target £88 in Feb) - Total for Today: £zero. Total for Month: £47.34
Number of ebay items listed: Total for Today:0 Total for Month: 16

    Sealed Pot Target: Today = £0:Week = £0/£11.90:Year = £0/£500

    MY NSD rules
What DOESN'T count in terms of NSD for me as it's more MSE to spend the money than not too:
    - ebay postage / packaging (as long as it's covered by sale cost)
    - any whoopsie item under 5p
    - any bills that HAVE to be paid (incl. window cleaner etc.)
    - 1 grocery shopping per week is allowed as this is the family shop, and it fits into budget. If it's over budget it counts as a spend.
    - 1 petrol fill-up per week is allowed as this is for work as long as it fits into above budget.

My NSD's = my rules. By implementing them this way, it will encourage me to stick to them much more rigidly. However, in doing so, I need to increase my challenge target!

I've just joined the sealed pot challenge, and have to save £11.90 per week to meet my Christmas target. Off to update front page and here!

Had a welcomed NSD, however, that also meant I didn't have anything for the pot, and I'm itching to get started. Must go and root around the bottom of all my bags to see how much is lurking in there!

Just stumbled accross your thread. Well done you on giving up the cigs thats brilliant, you dont seem to have accounted for the saving this alone is giving you each day. Loved your NSD = your rules....!! I'm trying similiar things like flylady/declutter etc but have still not got nearly as organised as you. You are doing brilliantly...Keep it up. Will pop in again to see how you are doing.
