Hey, 11lbs is brilliant!!!! That's almost a whole stone in less than 2 months, well done you!!

I started on 16th August - so this is week 11. Ha-ha, as everyone has probably noticed, when I have a goal in mind I become a bit obsessed by it, so you're probably doing it the correct "long-lasting" way, and I'm just going for the target and will have the struggle when it comes to maintenance.

Keep on going - just think at the rate you're doing, you'll have lost another 14lbs by Xmas (9 weeks) which is almost 2 stones!! My total goal is to be 10,10 - so I've got 10lb to try and shift during these next 9 weeks.

Ended up running around madly after hundreds of children all day long!!! Don't feel as though I sat down much at all. And when I did finally get to bed, the house seemed to erupt into noise!

Managed to climb a mountain before the snow comes thick and fast. Was a truly stunning day with hardly any cloud about the ground level fog. Feeling it in my aching bones now though!!!

When do you think it's too early to start my 2011 diary. I was thinking about next years resolutions earlier, and don't want to put them on the 2010 diary, but think it might be a bit early to start up 2011's ... Probably about a week before is reasonable really isn't it!!

Ha-ha, cut my long hair short, so that should save some weight next week (is that too drastic!!)

As mentioned on another thread, not sure I'm going to bond with pro-points considering I've nearly used them all up for today already, and not even sniffed a biscuit!!! God forbid I forage for the ben and jerry's!! Might have to work a bit harder to get the weight to come off faster just to go to maintenance to get a decent meal! Seems a bit restrictive (oh well, I'm obviously on the change curve!)

Off to make photo books for Xmas gifts xxx
