Very busy running around day that started at 05.30 - late for B&G and forgot my keys (how frustrating). Ended up having a veggie burger sarnie for dinner (but had a biscuit and fruit also). Eventually got in at the back of 22:00 after stopping in ASDA. Into bed exhausted!!

Gave DD2 £20 pocket money and got £10 cashback also.

    Day 240 Saturday 28th August

Money Spent - £62.94 ASDA! Is that the biggest food shop of the year??
    Days since last cigarette - 7 M, 3W, 6D
Number of sweets / cakes etc. - nil
    WW Points Used: 17.5
    Exercise: Cycle ride
    Week weigh in on a MONDAY: 12st 13lb -5lb w/c 23/08

Lovely bike ride today except DD3 fell off and grazed all her knee! I live in a lovely part of the world and someone driving by stopped to see if we needed help!

Huge big ASDA shop ... but not really! It's just that fresh food and low fat / calorie food seems to cost so very much more!!

    Off climbing mountains tomorrow

    Day 241 Sunday 29th August

Money Spent - £5 for flowers for friend who made dinner
    Days since last cigarette - 7 M, 4W, 0D
Number of sweets / cakes etc. - 1 flapjack
    WW Points Used: 18.5
Exercise: Climbed two mountains (seriously ... I did!)
    Week weigh in on a MONDAY: 12st 13lb -5lb w/c 23/08
    HL Score: 9/10
    Flying Stars: Year total: 109/175

Up very early and headed for the hills. The plan was to 'bag' two mountains - which 8 very hard hours later was achieved.

Stopped at friends house on way back for very welcome shower and dinner - which was utterly delicious, and almost WW ruinous - except I managed to 'skirt' around the bad girl bits!

Our darling 8 yr old bunny hopped her way to bunny heaven, and DD3 was distraught! As I now have a no pet replacement policy in place, we're down to just our lovely cat - who is also quite an old girl (14.5). Now to dispose of 3 bunny hutches (one very large outdoors, one winter garage and one indoors one - she was spoilt!!)

Didn't get in until gone 23:00 - exhausted but happy!

Quick dash to weight watchers, 3lbs off - total of 8 since starting 2 weeks ago! That's a bit of a confidence boost. Have already noticed my trousers aren't quite so tight as they were before (alright, they're not falling off, but gotta start somewhere).

Family up visiting, so lots of running around. Delight to see them all - can't believe how big the kids have got!

Also, picked up my M&S sale order - am chuffed to bits with what I got - saved over £100 in my selection, and have got some lovely stuff for girly hols in a few weeks time!

Spent a lot of time walking around today, which actually made my legs hurt a lot after the mountain climb! Didn't help that I was wearing heels either!

In late after a 12 hour day, only to have a much welcome and enjoyed B&G meeting, where we made the plans for this term including exciting outings, Xmas activities! I'm looking forward to it already!

A MASSIVE (and I'm not scared of them) spider walked over me in the middle of the night and woke me up. Was too big to pick up - would need both hands - and put out, so needed a cup or something, by the time I'd found one at half one in the morning, the bloomin' thing had disappeared - which meant a total freak out and couldnt' get back to sleep **yawn**. Genuinely they don't bother me, but this was huge and hairy and had already given me a fright in waking me up (yup, it was that heavy!).

Lots of exercise again today, and totally seem to have run out of time for anything and everything at the moment!!

Seem to have gone mad with money ... bizarre how that happenend! Need to seriously reign back - it's only the 3rd of the month and still got another 4 weeks to go and used up most of the flex!

Still being good on weightwatchers - but wondering how I'll get on after next weeks wedding.

PS - I got the spider!!! Sent scuttling off down the bottom of the garden!
