And now...Karmacat goes for a maison a trois....Frisson indeed!
The maison a trois was really nice - maison a deux too small - but all terribly open plan, not the thing for having clients arriving.
Enjoy your frisson, KC!
Ooh, I did I did  I needed :coffee: afterwards
And I now understand why modern houses have so many loos (3 in that 2 bedder) - apparently its for rentals or grown up families.... nobody wants to know/hear what anyone else is doing. I'm quoting here :eek::eek:Good news on the dress! What is it like?
I want to know too! And well done on the skis. As has been said, a much better dfw day, happily.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -

It is the age of central heating and cheap gas. When houses were heated by fires, rooms were all sealed off.And I now understand why modern houses have so many loos (3 in that 2 bedder) - apparently its for rentals or grown up families.... nobody wants to know/hear what anyone else is doing.
