I will take it on the chin kc......bought a birthday card....fine. Then couldn't choose between two mothers day cards so bought them both on the basis one will do for next year......except they are both quite similar, and I will probably forget where I store it so...hmmm.....except I still couldn't decide which one to keep so have them both.

Then bought a book for Mum for mothers day - half price, all good.

Then I bought myself a book for mothers day......not half price.....hmmm.....

Then I bought a book for half price that I have been meaning to read for ages.....and I should get it from the library, but I am a shocker for forgetting to renew/take back and the potential fine is more than the book costs.....so probably cheaper to have bought the book.....

Still, not good all in. But I suppose that my Waterstones visits are very few and far between nowadays. And some of it needed to be bought for mothers day and birthday.....

He's a lot better than he was - only three bouts of pain this year. We go to see the consultant next week so am hoping for more answers that I probably won't get! He's happy though so what more can I ask for (DS is happy not consultant though he well may be happy too!) - good grief, I can still waffle for England!

Off to work for a couple of hours and then set up my new phone (dog ate my old one - sim card and all!) xx
