Thanks, I am going to give them a ring. I am hoping to do this for a year and try and get rid of one of the massive credit cards.

Have had news that the mortgage has completed. The house and all its associated encumberances are in my name now. Bittersweet.....

Sounds like good news on the house, I assume this means that you can finalise your budgets shortly which will at least mean you know what you're dealing with a little more clearly on the financial side.
