Sorry you had a bad day today Hypno, but I bet when you look back you are gradually having more good days than bad days, which is a sign of progress. You are only human and your days will be up and down for some time I imagine.

Glad you were able to tell your Nan about the situation, must have been very hard but it's another obstacle you have conquered.

    Sending you another G&T x

Re the matcher, P, if you pm stantheman on GIOL, he will send you a link to something that you can download.....its the little tool that sits on top of your page, which is fab.

And if you really do want to come to Newmarket one night let me know and I will book it. If you google "Newmarket Nights Concerts", you can find a list of who is playing when. Let me know.

    Morning Hypno, hope you're ok.

I had a read last night, then a friend called to use my laptop to apply for something and we ended up chatting all evening. So, sorry for not coming on to say "Hi" yesterday.

Hope you have something good planned for the weekend - A good nights sleep I shouldn't wonder :D

Have a good day all xx
