I am in total sympathy with your feelings last night, I think you did the right thing and went with it. Wasn't far behind you in my jim jams with book by 8pm.

Tis Friday though and am sending positive vibes.

Hi y'all - yes, am ok. Tired, and generally worn out, but ok. It is sunny here but bloomin cold. Much better than the greyness and wet of last week though!

Westlife would be a laugh, P.....let me know for def and we can book it up. They tend to sell out fairly quickly.....

Plans for the weekend - tidy the house, get the beds in, do a couple of mystery shops, play taxi-service, try not to binge, get some form of exercise somewhere along the line, try not to feel guilty when exercise doesn't materialise, etc.

    Nothing new :rotfl:

been away with work and just back, nearly the first thing i do when i get home is update myself on your thread....CONGRATS :j:j:j:j on the amazing weight loss....i am really bad at the mo, put on 5kgs since beginning of december - i normally watch what i eat carefully as i put on weight quickly, but decided to enjoy myself in december without going mad, but it hasn't stopped and i can't be bothered to go back to my normal eating pattern, which is very unlike me...however i MUST STOP, so thinking of doing some coloured squares but don't have accurate enough scales for half pound squares....... so i reckon it will be 10 squares but don't know if that is an incentive enough....sigh.....life is too complicated sometimes.......
do hope you get your beds and some more motivation this weekend, mine has got up and gone somewhere, but if it is to you, i don't mind:)
