Well the fridge is nearly empty of perishables ready for being away. Ended up with boiled egg salad for breakfast , but I'm determined not to throw anything away.

Hope your freezer/fridge/store cupboard challenge is going well Hypno.

I think one of the cases we bring back will be full of food, as it's so much cheaper back home. Already got a shopping list. Can't take many things with us, so careful packing needed, so that there'll be room for bringing things back.

Done day 10 of the yoga, which is a major success compared to the last time I tried the book, then I only lasted 4 days

Hope you're getting out for a run if the weather is good enough Hypno, and enjoying the olympics on tv.
