    Well, I've managed 15 NSDs so far in January - that is some sort of bloomin miracle record for me.....but absolutely necessary. I hope that this can continue - I need to get into some very good no spending habits if I am going to be able to do the things I want to do.

    I am getting close to needing a big supermarket shop though, so must start doing my menu plans for February and making a shopping list accordingly.
