I am glad you managed to get back to sleep, even if it was only for a few mins! I was wide awake, so didn't manage to doze, but there was no way I was getting out of bed knowing how cold it was outside the duvet!!

Moneywise, yesterday I forgot to mention that I got my latest quarterly gas/electric bill and am £96 in credit, which considering how cold it has been and the fact we have often had the heating on all day, is very good news. I will not claim the surplus back this time, because we still have 3 months of winter left, but it looks as though I will be able to reduce my payments later in the year or build up a surplus to reclaim later in the summer, which would also be good.

Well done on the gas & elec bills Hypno. £96 credit is a nice big chunk. Let's hope the really cold weather eases off soon.

Virgin are back to having some more free bingo, hubby did well and made £20 over a couple of days. I'm only about £5 up. You do have to be a depositing player for Virgin free games, so we are depositing and paid playing, but still build up more to withdraw than we deposit, so hope we don't trigger their system :)

Bingoport is working well for me £55 in amazon vouchers between the 2 of us so far, you do have to get into a routine for posting/playing the points through though. If you want more info let me know.

When I get my head together again I will have to look into bingo port properly.....but at the moment I have too much stuff going on to try and take any more in, even if it is really simple :o Give me a couple of weeks and I will be on the case.....

Morning all. Hope all chipper this morning :)

I have 2 theories about why people can't be *rsed this month:

    1. January is the longest month. It starts on December 26th & goes on & on & on & on. Nearly over folks, just another couple of days.

    2. 1st month of the year, so a long drag ahead for the long timers. Have noticed on the DFW & MFW boards that all the newbies are full of beans & bouncing about like spring lambs whereas all the old sheep are keeping their heads down & chewing the cud (if that's what sheep do, sure Shaun can advise). We'll soon pick up.

Spring is on its' way folks, getting much brighter :j

There are definite tricks that work for me on bingoport, and then it is still a bit time consuming, so maybe more for one of the less hectic mse'ers. Let me know when you're ready to give it a try.

Great news about being in credit as it's been a cold winter.
