i think ,as ive said on other dairies,we older one dont have the same future as you kiddies;),so getting debt free,give's different options and problems,,,
the younger ones are looking at clearing the mortgages off,,and planing the rest of your lifes
where as we are doing that plus looking at university fees for the nxt 4 /6 yrs,plus retirement is only 10/15 years away,eth eth
mind you the main reason i think its quieter,everyone is thinking their years plan's out,and is taking a rest after xmas,,,also as jan /feb is the end of winter it is always a tried time of the year
