    Good morning Hypno & friends,

I'm smiling this morning definitely. Not sure how, but I've lost weight:j

Not got scales here, but the jeans say so :) I hadn't dared try them on since christmas. But hubby said he'd lost weight and thought I had too.

Jeans are hipster ones, and not even love handles this morning!!! So must have lost at least half a stone so far this month.

It must be portion control, as we're not eating as healthily here. Or doing as much exercise. Normally my blubber is stuck on with super glue so just hope it doesn't come back as quickly.

Only problem is if I do carry on losing and get near the weight I want I only brought out 'big' clothes, & clothes prices here are worse than the food ones  But honestly if the weight carries on shifting it's going to be worth the cost.

We're going to try on our swimsuits tonight, and hopefully start swimming soon, so that will help keep the weight off hopefully.

Sorry for waffling, just so excited :)

Think I've sussed the weight loss, currently at nearly 1500' and BMR increases with altitude, so that combined with portion control is probably it.
