Does anyone know if they are doing priority booking forms for this current promotion? The lack of any mention on here and Ebay probably means that there aren't but just wondered?

I spent a week trying to chase up my priority code from the last one in Jan as it never arrived even though they e-mailed to confirm I should have had one.......and in the end they just stopped replying.

Decided I'd try and buy one next time so wondered if they are happening or not?

While I understand the need to keep the forum tidy, my question doesn't really fit here as this is a thread about the previous promotion and only of interest to people who took the offer up??! Don't understand why it's been hidden at the back of this long thread?

Hi, I booked a Sun £9.50 holiday and was successful. I got my confirmation through the post last week . I needed to pay so I sent Haven £41.25 through their website which I have received a receipt in the post for. I originally sent a cheque for £47.50 to the Sun which I assumed would not be banked since I was paying for the holiday through Haven. I have checked my account today and the cheque has been banked. I am paying for 4 people (even though 2 are going on the holiday,which is the rules) plus insurance surely it should not be nearly £90? HELP! :eek:

Hiya, the cheque you sent to the Sun is for 4 people including insurance. The other amount will be for entertainment passes and service charges or some other extra. Didnt they make that clear on the confirmation? They have cashed my cheque but havent received confirmation yet so not sure what it looks like. But I have paid £38 and expect to pay more for the extras.

The money that Haven ask for is for gas/elec(service charge), entertainment passes plus linen. Phone them up & cancel the linen & entertainment passes if you dont want them but the service charge portion is compulsory. The Sun payment is the part for the hire of the caravan so is payable as well.

im going bognor butlins in 2 weeks, have paid everything and have taken linnen charge off my invoice.

What are the chance they will still provide linnen? just dont want to take linnen and its still going to be there?
