Sorry your feeling down about your weight hun :(.

I want to get myself more toned again, now living back at my Dads is quite tempting to join the gym as a few round here but there is a no contract one too I am thinking of going too, I want to get my legs toned most as hate my thighs.

No point in you paying for a club or something you won't use though if your not 100% certain about it, its not something I should rush into either but been thinking about it a bit more recently.

Going to dust off my DVD's and then do a few classes to start with - I used to really love Body Pump so would love to get back into that :)

I have my exercise bike still just no room to put it up here where I can do it without blocking the view of the telly. :rotfl:

Hey Shoe Gal, I love Body Pump, it's the only class I really enjoy as the instructor is quite funny which makes it worth going to. I've been going to the gym 3 times a week and it's slipped to two, so hard to get motivated isn't it?! I'd love to try some DVD's but haven't got the floorspace.

Hi Shoegal, just caught up and I've gotta say I'm feeling exactly the same about my weight. For me it's when I go over the 17st mark it really starts getting to me.

Hope you managed to do what you had planned lastnight, it sounds good!

Well done on doing OK foodwise, it's a good start. If you managed to have your early night and aren't feeling so tired tomorrow, why not force yourself to do one of your DVD's or go to body pump and see how good you feel after it, coz I think it'd make you feel much better about yourself.

    Take care
