    There was a big article in one of the scottish Sundays a couple of weeks ago.
    The bra designer Michelle Mone endorses them.
    Same price basically as going to one of these dreadful classes.
    Where I live the slimming is very competitive & i sometimes have issues with the scales if Im a wee bit wobbly.

    I have been v naughty today. polished off one whole bag to share cool Doritos (and i didn't share) and two french fancies. Bad, bad, bad. :(

    Well they've all gone now, so at least I can be good tomorrow :)
