i didn't realise that you could only book 4 for butlins! i have just had my 3rd child who will only need a cot so do we have to include infants? if so i'm stuck!!0

Sorry to bump but we're also in the same position as bex, looking to book for Butlins but have 3 kids (one is a baby) so would like some advice pretty please:beer: Thank you so much to all who post xx :beer:0

I think infants in a cot don't count ?
you could always just put down 4 people, and when you turn up to check in they don't even ask or anything about ages or anything ( hubby always checks in for us,and they would have no idea of how many people!)
you wouldn't need entertainments passes for an infant anyway ( not that they even check! we have never been stopped / asked etc,you only have a keycard,no wristbands etc)0 -
That's what I hoped, thank you! Thank you so much to all who post xx :beer:0

Re: BUTLINS £9.50 SUN HOLIDAYS - HALF BOARD OPTION
Hi. Can anyone tell me if Butlins charge £10 half board per person per night for children as well or is it discounted? It states on my priority booking details I have received with the Sun that the half board option is £10 per person, per night. Did self catering through the Sun offer with Butlins last year but the food option looks good value. (they charge £11.95 adults and £5.95 children on a normal booking). Just trying to weigh up our options. Thanks for any advice.0 -
if your looking at the halfboard option then before you book with the sun get a quote from butlins direct.
I was lookin for june this year but by the time I added the entertainment passes and service charge and halfboard option it worked out nearly £50 cheaper to book direct and that was the silver option where has the sun is standard0 -
we have been here : http://www.la-croix-du-vieux-pont.com/uk/index.html 3 times with the SUN
It's a lovely site, and we do daytrip/s to Disney ( it's an hours ish drive away)
The pools are due to be refurbed this year,so will make it even better
This one is closer to Disney though ( 15 mins drive) : http://www.lechenegris.com/frameset.php?land=uk
but not as nice / big apparently
We don't use the ferry,we go via Eurotunnel using tesco clubcard deals

I can highly rec the La Croix site too. The facilities are very good. My 3 and 2 year old boys loved it. Thinking about booking it again this year.0 -
Thanks for the tip. I have looked at the Butlins website and the price for a break early May will be very similar to the Sun offer after the add ons for linen etc so I will probably book direct rather than wait. Butlins are offering me £40 loyalty discount from a Christmas promotion then £20 discount until 11 January. Will also get 4% cashback via topcashback! Enjoy your June holiday. My kids have been getting excited today when I have been looking at the Butlins website!.0
