    Hello again,

If someone isnt going to use their priority booking code, would it be okay if I have it? Hubby has been in hospital for over 3 months, and his family live in the Midlands, (we are in Cornwall).

Any way Perran Sands is just up the hill from me and I would like the code so I can book somewhere for his family so they can come visit him for a few days.

This is a genuine request, so if anyone can help me out, please can you PM me?

Thank you in advance for your consideration.

    Ladygrim.
There are 66 dates available and 23 parks in cornwall so you will have no problem getting a booking. There are also 2 sites very close to you at st. agnes and perranporth. After selecting 5 dates and parks, if you tick the 'any park in area' box, they will virtually guarantee you get a holiday (and you can list the parks you would accept). Another alternative is to buy a code off ebay (going rate £15). This is effectively what someone is throwing away (may be to a good cause) if they give away a code. Another alternative is that the priority forms have a free bonus token to give to a friend. this allows you to collect one less token than others. It is not that useful to the priority booker because it can only be used with the 'normal' form on a 1st time booking (although they could use it for a 2nd booking). I could send you mine if i knew how to get your address without browntoa reading the riot act! I'm not gonna suggest you PM me!

I was only pointing out that there was a LONG list of people waiting for codes over there ( even if this is a deserving cause ) and that is the correct area to ask for these codes ( if you read post 50 they have alredy registered on the list)

Ladygrim,if you don't mind when they come to visit, you could see how much it would be to book direct, instead of going via the SUN

many people report cheap bookings, esp if during term time,so you may find it's same price or cheaper by booking direct

Good idea! I just checked the LEA website and the july date is definitely out for us as we're in school that week.

So if you want to book for 6 for butlins does this mean you can do two separate bookings as we want to go with my sister and her children and it will make 6 we both have priority bookings.

    Thanks

Yes, that's what we do :)

We used to try with the paper tokens and were never offered butlins - it wasn't until I got a priority code for booking online that I realised that if you say there are more than 4 in your party then butlins will never be offered, but if you say there are only 4 then those butlins holidays are available :)

We went to the Domaine de Kerlann in Brittany last year & it was superb. They have entertainment every night on an outdoor stage & some indoor entertainment as well - childrens 6 -7 , family 7-11 - rock band, cabaret, karaoke(the least popular of all), casino night. The pools & splash zone are fantastic, with running track, basketball/football all weather pitch, tennis courts & a very old crazy golf. The area has loads of beautiful beaches though you have to travel to the north coast for surf - my 10 year old insisted! This was a Siblu park, newly taken over & they were replacing the old Haven caravans while we were there.

It would be a 3 1/2 hour drive from Caen. Make sure you use the discounted ferries from The Sun to get half price deals.
