Has anyone been on one of the sun holidays abroad? what was it like any suggestions?
we have been here : http://www.la-croix-du-vieux-pont.com/uk/index.html 3 times with the SUN
It's a lovely site, and we do daytrip/s to Disney ( it's an hours ish drive away)
The pools are due to be refurbed this year,so will make it even better
This one is closer to Disney though ( 15 mins drive) : http://www.lechenegris.com/frameset.php?land=uk
but not as nice / big apparently
We don't use the ferry,we go via Eurotunnel using tesco clubcard deals

We went to Camping International in Paris, last September. The site was good and handy for Paris. It took us approx 3 hrs to drive from the tunnel, including coffee/comfort breaks. A good place to stop is the service staion in the Somme. Lots for children to do, whilst you have a drink. Nature walk there as well.0 -

Can anyone help with how the 7 day European Sun holidays work when you go online to book? I have only done UK short breaks ones before. I have got a priority form but am wondering what the start dates are likely to be as I need to work out if we could do flights or ferry. If anyone has done a European week before can they tell me if they start on a Saturday or Monday/Friday like the 3/4 night breaks?0

if you look at the back of the letter, the details are on the booking form at the bottom in the pink section on the left. says 7 nt europe hols can start on a friday or a monday and you could even do a ferry on the thurs if that's easier.
the europe holidays come up in just the same way when you book online and you just tick the box for a 7 night hol.
le bois dormant in the vendee is a great site we were at last year if anyone's looking in that area. we'll go again this year hopefully.
sorry no capitals, baby in other hand!0 -
Hi. I have put this question on the other thread but have had no replies so it could be buried under the requests for priority codes.
Does anyone know if this is possible? I have friends who have a priority code but they don't have a card to pay online so have asked if I could do it on mine. Thing is, if I can get hold of a priority code (if mine doesn't arrive soon) I also want to book online. We would be going at different times and probably different places but, as we're using my card I'd have to book both breaks in my name with my details. Is this possible?0 -

just because you use your card to pay for someone elses break,it doesn't have to be in your name,we did this one year as my card wouldn't work ,so paid using my sisters card details but all the holiday details were in my name & address :)HTH0 -

Oh right. Thanks for that. I was just worried that it would mean I couldn't book my own holiday if I did theirs. Thanks again for that.0 -
