Hiya

My cheque was cashed nearly 4 weeks ago, however I have heard nothing!

I have tried the Sun holiday website but the Q&A keeps crashing on me!!

Can anyone help?!?

Do you have the phone number or an email address for the Sun Holidays? My cheque was cashed 2 weeks ago and heard nothing yet. Not done one for years but remember the one time they denied ever receiving my application.

You need to wait until after the 25th. I'm still waiting as well. After the 25th the phone line will be open & you can chase then.

Eventually got through on the hotline this morning, as after my cheque was cashed on 4th Feb, I have recieved nothing.

They confirmed that we got 22nd Oct at Devon Cliffs. Am really please we got Devon Cliffs, but not ideal dates!!!

Do you know whether Haven can change dates? Or would we have to pay 'full price'?

I have booked these sun holidays many times and have come to do the online priority booking thing and can't find my letter with my refference number on so I emailed to ask if they could tell me it but they say it is computer generated and they have no controll over the automated mail and therefore can't access it or give me a new one? I really want to book online as we were wanting to go to France and want to know that it is booked so that we can sort passports, disney tickets etc etc. Does anyone have any advise?

Right, I sent off for this offer, they sent it back to me because it needed ammending. I made the amendments, and sent it back within the week timeframe about 2 weeks ago. I sent a postal order so can't check whether its cashed. Its the 25th today and I've received nothing back, should I ring them?

Flying bug we go most years and it lovely and clean. Good facilities for the kids nice pool etc youll be fine. The sand train leaves right from the site entrance

if you gave your email address check your inbox, as i was going through my messages the other day deleting them and came across my sun holiday confirmation had been sent by the park via email, rather than post, being doing the sun holidays for years and this is the first time this has happened, HTH
